Shukran is the loyalty program of the Landmark retail group, a large Middle Eastern retail holding with chains in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Egypt. The Shukran gift card is designed as a single balance for the group's stores rather than for a single brand: it covers chains selling clothing and footwear for adults and children, homeware, and sports and everyday labels — among them Centrepoint, Babyshop, Splash, Max, Lifestyle, Home Centre and Shoemart. That breadth means the card can go toward very different purchases: a wardrobe refresh, children's clothes and toys, shoes, home textiles, tableware, furniture and interior pieces, cosmetics and accessories. The card is issued in the currencies of the markets where the group operates — dirhams, riyals, dinars and Egyptian pounds — and is normally used in the country it was issued for.
How to redeem the card
- Check which country the card was issued in: the group operates across several markets with different currencies.
- Choose a store from any of the group's chains taking part in the program.
- Gather your purchase and tell the cashier that you are paying with a gift card.
- Hand the card to the cashier and, if required, give the PIN printed on the back.
- If the purchase costs more than the card's value, pay the difference another way; any remaining value stays on the card.
