About the Alza.de card

Alza.de is the German storefront of the Czech chain Alza, trading in euros. In format it is a general online store: electronics form the core, but the catalogue reaches into many adjacent categories. It carries laptops and PC components, smartphones, tablets and accessories, monitors and televisions, audio equipment, gaming consoles, video games and peripherals, cameras, smartwatches and smart home devices, along with household appliances, goods for the home, garden and repairs, sports and outdoor equipment, children's products, pet supplies and books. A gift card is used to pay for an order in the chain's German store: the code is activated in the shopper's account, the value moves to the internal balance and is drawn down at checkout. Delivery is handled by courier services, and pickup points are available.

How to redeem the card

  1. Sign in to your account at the chain's German store, or register.
  2. Open the gift card and voucher section in your profile.
  3. Activate the card code — the euro amount will appear on your account balance.
  4. Fill the basket and select payment from the balance at the payment step.
  5. If the order exceeds the card value, pay the difference separately.

FAQ

How does the German storefront differ from the Czech version?

It is a separate storefront of the chain with its own currency, range and delivery terms for shoppers in Germany. Balances and cards do not carry over between country versions.

Can the card pay for items from third-party sellers on the marketplace?

The balance normally applies to items the retailer handles itself. For third-party seller items, whether balance payment is available is shown in the basket.

Is a German delivery address required?

The order follows the rules of the German version of the store, so the list of available countries and delivery services is determined at the checkout step.
