CCC is a footwear retail chain originally from Poland, operating across Central and Eastern Europe and, under franchise, in the Middle East. The range is built around everyday, sports and formal footwear for women, men and children: trainers, boots, ankle boots, shoes, sandals and slippers. Alongside footwear the stores carry bags, backpacks, wallets, belts, shoe care products and seasonal accessories. The chain develops its own labels while also selling models from other manufacturers. A gift card pays for purchases in the chain's stores and in its online shop on the relevant market. The card works as a means of payment: the amount is deducted from the receipt total, and for a more expensive purchase the difference is paid the usual way.
How to redeem the card
- Keep the gift card code you receive and do not pass it on to anyone else.
- Pick out footwear or accessories in a store of the chain, or add items to your basket in the online shop of the market the card was issued for.
- When paying at the till, give the code to the cashier; for an online order, enter it in the gift card field before confirming.
- Make sure the card amount has been deducted from the order total, and cover any difference with another payment method.
- Keep the receipt: you will need it to exchange a size or make a return.

Can the card pay for an order with try-on and collection in store?
Whether collection and try-on in store are offered depends on the particular market. Where this option exists, the gift card is applied at checkout in the same way as with an ordinary online payment.
What happens to the payment if the footwear is returned?
Returns are handled under the chain's rules, and funds are most often returned by the same method used for payment — that is, to the gift card or as an equivalent towards a new purchase. Check the procedure at the till when arranging the return.
