That depends on the country and on who runs the label's sales in the region. In some countries the card is accepted only in physical stores, so it is best to check the usable channel in advance.
Can the card be used for items from the children's line and accessories?
Yes, the card usually covers the store's entire range, including children's collections, footwear and accessories, unless the store has set out specific exceptions.
What if the jeans turn out to be the wrong size?
