VOX Cinemas is a cinema chain in the Middle East operated by the Majid Al Futtaim group. Its screens sit inside shopping centres in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait, and cover both standard formats and premium concepts: auditoriums with an extended screen, upgraded seating, screens designed for children, and formats with moving seats and multi-sensory effects. Alongside tickets, the chain serves popcorn, drinks and hot food, which in certain categories of auditorium is brought to your seat. A gift card covers tickets for screenings and, as a rule, purchases at the concession counters in cinemas within the country the card was issued for. The balance can be spent in parts, and any extra for a premium format or additional items is paid in the usual way.
How to redeem the card

- Choose a screening and your seats in the chain's app or on its site for the relevant country.
- At the payment step, select the gift card as the payment method and enter the code.
- Pay the difference by bank card if the tickets and snacks come to more than the card's value.
- At the cinema, present the code at the box office or at the concession counter if you are paying on site.

Can the card cover the extra cost of a premium auditorium?
Yes, the card covers the full ticket price, including the premium format supplement, as long as the balance is enough. If it falls short, the remaining amount is paid by another method.
Does the card work for food and drinks at the cinema?
