About the League of Legends card
League of Legends is a team-based online MOBA from Riot Games: two sides of five players fight over a map with the goal of destroying the opponent's base. The game itself is free, and the paid side is cosmetic and tied to the in-game currency, Riot Points (RP). RP buys champion skins, champions themselves, emotes, icons, chests and battle passes for seasonal events. How to redeem the card

Can the credited RP be transferred to another player?
No, once redeemed the balance is tied to the account and cannot be moved. The only thing you can give away is the unredeemed code itself — before it has been entered.
What cannot be bought?
The currency is spent inside the game's store and cannot be cashed back out. Bundles and events come and go on the studio's schedule, so a particular item may not be available at the moment of purchase.
