Its website and app are used to book flights, hotels and apartments, ready-made flight-plus-stay packages, and religious travel — umrah, along with accommodation in Mecca and Medina. The catalogue covers destinations within the Gulf states as well as long-haul routes; the interface and support work in Arabic and English. The gift card is used as a means of payment when a booking is made: the amount comes off the face value, and the rest of the cost is covered by a bank card or another available method. Face values are issued in the currencies of the region — SAR, AED, QAR, KWD, BHD and OMR — and the card's currency must match the currency the order is placed in.
