OPSM is a chain of optical stores in Australia and New Zealand and part of the EssilorLuxottica group. Its stores fit and sell frames and prescription glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses and the solutions used to care for them, along with accessories — cases, cloths and cleaning products. The range includes both in-house lines and well-known international frame labels. Besides retail, the chain's optometrists carry out eye tests and fit lenses to a prescription: single-vision, progressive, with anti-glare coatings and with tinting. A gift card pays for a purchase in the chain's stores and, in some cases, for an order in its online shop in the same country. It is a convenient option when glasses are fitted individually: the recipient comes in for the fitting, chooses the frames and the lens type, and the card covers part or all of the order.
