ShopeePay gift cards by country

ShopeePay is an e-wallet built into the app of Shopee, one of the largest marketplaces in Southeast Asia. The wallet balance works as a payment method across the ecosystem: purchases from marketplace sellers, food delivery, paying for services and bills, and transfers between users where that function is available. In some countries ShopeePay is also accepted by offline partners via QR code. The gift card is a top-up code: once activated, its value is credited to the wallet balance in the currency of the relevant country and can then be spent on any available operation. The format is convenient when you want to pay for purchases without linking a bank card to your account. Both the wallet and its balance are country-specific — the Indonesian and Thai versions operate separately from each other — so the code has to be activated in an account from the same region.
