The format combines a pharmacy counter with a cosmetics shop: stores sell skincare and haircare, colour cosmetics, fragrance, personal hygiene products, household cleaning products, mother and baby goods, vitamins and over-the-counter medicines. The range covers both international labels and the chain's own lines. Besides the familiar stores in shopping centres and on the high street, the brand runs an online shop and an app with delivery. A gift card is used as a means of payment — at the till in store or at checkout online, depending on the rules in each country. The value is issued in the currency of the region: IDR, MYR, THB or UAH.
