About the LUSH card

LUSH is a British cosmetics brand known for handmade products and its emphasis on fresh ingredients. The range is built around body and hair care: bath bombs and bubble bars, solid shampoos and conditioners, soaps, scrubs and salts, shower gels, face and hair masks, creams and balms, along with fragrance. Two things set it apart: a large share of products sold without packaging, and the brand's stance against animal testing. A gift card pays for anything in that range, as well as for the ready-made gift sets the brand puts together each season. The format suits cases where guessing a scent or a skin type is difficult: the recipient picks the products themselves, and in the chain's stores assistants will usually let you try the textures before buying.

How to redeem the card

  1. Keep the gift card code you receive after purchase.
  2. Choose how you want to shop: the brand's website for your country, or one of its stores.
  3. For an online order, add the products to the basket and enter the code in the gift card field at the payment step.
  4. In store, tell the cashier you are paying with a gift card and show the code.
  5. If the purchase comes to more than the card value, pay the balance with another payment method.

FAQ

Can a gift set be paid for with the card?

Yes — seasonal and gift sets are normally sold as ordinary range items and can be paid for with a gift card. Restrictions tend to apply only to services such as spa treatments in certain countries.

What about the package-free products — can those be bought too?

Yes. Solid shampoos, loose soap and other package-free products are sold on the same terms and paid for with the card just like items in pots and boxes.

Will a card from one country work on another country's website?

No, the value is tied to the currency and the regional store. Shopping in another country calls for a card for that market.

What if the scent turns out not to suit the recipient?

The brand sets its return and exchange terms country by country, and they are the same whether the purchase was made with a gift card or with money. The easiest way to find them out is to ask an assistant at the time of purchase.
