About the Circle K card
Circle K is an international network of petrol stations and roadside shops operating in North America, Scandinavia, Poland, the Baltic states and a number of other regions. The stations sell fuel and related car products: motor oils, screen wash, car chemicals and small accessories; many sites also have a car wash. The other side of the business is the forecourt shop, with takeaway coffee, ready-to-eat food, snacks, drinks and things for the road. The gift card is used at the station till: within its value it can cover both refuelling and shop purchases. The card's currency determines where it is used — cards in krone, złoty and euro are accepted in the corresponding national markets of the network.
How to redeem the card
- Make sure the station is in the country whose currency is shown on the card.
- Refuel or gather your purchases in the forecourt shop.
- At the till, tell the cashier that you are paying with a gift card and hand over the code.
- Wait for the deduction to be confirmed and check the amount on the receipt.
- If the purchase exceeds the card value, pay the remainder in cash or by bank card.
FAQ
Can the card be used at a self-service terminal?
Fuel terminals usually accept only bank cards and the network's own fuel cards. A gift card is more often used at the station till, so refuel on a pump served through the till.
Does the card cover the car wash and other services?
At many stations the wash and service items go through the same till and are paid for on the same basis as fuel. The range of available services depends on the particular station.
Can the card be used over several visits?
As a rule, yes: the remaining balance is kept and spent on later visits until the amount runs out. The balance can be checked at the till.
Does the card work in another country where the network operates?
No. Stations in different countries run under separate legal entities and currencies, so the card is used in the market it was issued for.
