The choice is limited to the options available in the service's booking system. Large cities and resort destinations are represented more widely than smaller towns.
Does the card cover meals, transfers and hotel fees?
The value goes towards booking the accommodation. Anything the hotel bills separately at the desk — the minibar, parking, a tourist tax — is paid by the guest on site.
Whose name should the booking be in?
The name of the person who will be checking in. The booking is made with the guest's details, not the giver's: at reception the name on the reservation is checked against an identity document.
What if plans change?
Amendment and cancellation terms are set by the chosen hotel and rate, not by the card. If the dates are not yet final, pick rates with free cancellation.
