About the KFC card
KFC (肯德基) is an international fast-food chain built around chicken: fried drumsticks and wings, strips, nuggets, burgers and wraps, along with fries, salads, desserts and drinks. The chain operates in dozens of countries, and the menu varies noticeably by region: in China, where the brand is known as 肯德基, it includes rice, soups and breakfast items, while in India a sizeable share of the range is vegetarian. A gift card pays for an order in the chain's restaurants, and also in its own app or on its delivery site, depending on what is supported in a given country. The value is applied against the order, and the difference on a larger basket is covered by another payment method.
How to redeem the card
- Check the card's country and currency — it is accepted in the chain's restaurants in that country.
- Place your order at the counter, at a self-service kiosk or in the chain's app.
- At the payment step, choose the gift card and enter its code, plus the PIN if there is one.
- Pay the difference by bank card or cash if the order comes to more than the card's value.
- Any unused balance stays on the card and can be applied to your next order.

Does the card work in KFC restaurants in another country?
No. Restaurants in different countries are run by different operators and franchisees, so the card is accepted only in the country of issue and in its currency.
Can the card pay for combo meals and promotional items?
As a rule, yes: the card covers the bill regardless of what the order contains. Individual promotions with fixed payment through the app may have their own terms, which are shown at checkout.
Can the card be used for a delivery order?
In some countries the chain accepts gift cards in its own app and on its delivery site. Orders placed through third-party aggregators are usually paid with their own methods, and the chain's card cannot be applied there.
