About the Home Centre card

Home Centre is a homeware chain that belongs to Landmark Group, a Middle Eastern retail holding. Its stores operate across the Gulf states, India, Egypt and nearby markets — from large showrooms in shopping malls to an online storefront. The range covers a home end to end: furniture for the living room, bedroom and dining room, mattresses and bed bases, children's furniture, storage systems. Separate sections cover home textiles (bed linen, towels, curtains, rugs), tableware and kitchenware, decor and lighting, bathroom goods and seasonal collections. The gift card serves as a means of payment across the chain: it can cover a small order such as a set of dishes, or part of the cost of a furniture package. Denominations are issued in local currencies, and a card works in the country it was issued for.

How to redeem the card

  1. Put your order together in the chain's online store, or pick out items on the shop floor.
  2. At checkout, tell the cashier about the gift card and present the code before the purchase is rung up.
  3. When paying online, enter the code in the gift card field at the checkout step.
  4. Check the amount deducted against your receipt or the order confirmation.
  5. If the purchase costs more than the card's value, pay the difference by card or in cash.

FAQ

Does the card cover delivery and furniture assembly?

The card is intended for the value of the goods on the receipt. Delivery and assembly are charged separately, and whether a gift card can be used for them depends on the store's rules in each country.

Can the card be used at other Landmark Group brands?

The card is usually tied to the chain it was issued for. Some multi-brand programs do exist, but this has to be checked against the terms of the card itself.

What happens to the balance left after a large purchase?

If the full amount is not spent, the remainder normally stays on the card and can be used on the next visit. The balance can be checked at the checkout or in your account.

Is the card suitable for buying mattresses and large furniture?

Yes, these categories are part of the chain's core range. On a large purchase the card more often acts as partial payment, with the difference paid another way.
