About the Watsons card
Watsons is a health and beauty retail chain owned by the AS Watson group, with stores across Asia and in Ukraine. The format combines a pharmacy counter with a cosmetics shop: stores sell skincare and haircare, colour cosmetics, fragrance, personal hygiene products, household cleaning products, mother and baby goods, vitamins and over-the-counter medicines. The range covers both international labels and the chain's own lines. Besides the familiar stores in shopping centres and on the high street, the brand runs an online shop and an app with delivery. A gift card is used as a means of payment — at the till in store or at checkout online, depending on the rules in each country. The value is issued in the currency of the region: IDR, MYR, THB or UAH.
How to redeem the card
- Determine the country where the card will be used — it is set by the currency of the card value.
- To buy in store, show the code to the cashier before payment, either printed or on your phone screen.
- To buy online, fill your basket and at the payment step choose the gift card or promo code option.
- Enter the code and check that the amount due has dropped by the value of the card.
- Pay the remaining amount, if any, in cash or by bank card.

Can the card pay for prescription medicines?
Pharmacy rules differ from country to country, and some items may be excluded from payment by gift card. Over-the-counter products, cosmetics and household goods are usually not an issue — for prescription items, check with the pharmacy staff.
