About the B&Q card
B&Q is a large British home improvement, DIY and garden retailer, part of the Kingfisher group. The format is DIY superstores: building and finishing materials, paints and primers, flooring, doors and tiles, electrical goods and lighting, bathroom fittings, hand and power tools, and fixings. Separate areas cover kitchens and bathrooms with design and installation services, storage and home furniture, and a garden centre with plants, composts, lawnmowers, greenhouses, garden furniture and barbecues. The gift card is issued in pounds or euros and is accepted in the chain's stores and its online shop for the corresponding country. How to redeem the card

Can the card pay for services such as a survey, a kitchen design or installation?
Catalogue products are paid for with the card in the usual way, but design and installation services are often arranged under a separate contract with its own payment terms. Check this with a consultant before signing anything.
Can the card be used in the chain's trade arm for contractors?
The trade side operates under its own payment terms and account structure. If the card is meant for work purchases, it is worth checking how it can be applied in person before placing an order.
