About the Foodpanda card
Foodpanda is a delivery service operating across Asian markets, including Bangladesh, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore. Through the app and the website, customers order prepared meals from restaurants and cafés, and in many cities also groceries, drinks and everyday goods from partner shops and the service's own warehouses. A gift card tops up the account balance: the funds are drawn down against the cost of an order when it is placed. How to redeem the card

- Build your order and, at the payment step, choose to pay from the account balance.
- If the order costs more than the balance, cover the difference with another payment method.

Will the card work in another country where the service operates?
No. The account balance is held in the currency of the selected country, and a code from another region will not apply to it. Check the recipient's country before buying.
Can the balance pay for a grocery order, or only for restaurant food?
Generally yes — the account balance applies to all delivery categories available in that country. The set of categories varies by city: in some places only delivery from venues is offered.
What happens to the money if an order is cancelled?
On cancellation, funds are usually returned to the same account balance they were taken from and remain available for the next order. The refund procedure is set by the service's support team in each country.
