Do I have to book right after redeeming the code?
No. The balance stays in the account, and the travel dates can be chosen later, once plans have taken shape.
Can the card pay for someone else's stay?
Yes, the guest's name is entered at the time of booking. At check-in the hotel will ask for identification from the person the booking is made out to.
Are hotel taxes and fees covered by the payment?
The balance covers the booking amount that the platform shows at checkout. City tax and a deposit, if the hotel collects them on site, are paid separately at check-in.
What happens if a booking is cancelled?
The terms are set by the hotel rate you choose and are visible before payment. On a refundable rate the funds usually return to the same balance and remain available for a new booking.
