About the GrabMart card
GrabMart is the store delivery service inside the Grab super app, which operates across Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. GrabMart is used to order groceries, drinks, household cleaning products, home goods, and everyday odds and ends from supermarkets, pharmacies, and small partner shops, with Grab couriers handling delivery. A gift card tops up the payment balance of a Grab account, so the funds cover not only GrabMart purchases but also other services in the app in the same country — food delivery or rides, where those are available. The card is issued in the currency of the country: Philippine pesos, Singapore dollars, Thai baht, or Vietnamese dong. It works as a practical gift for someone living in the region or heading there for a long stay.
How to redeem the card
- Open the Grab app and sign in to an account registered in the country the card was issued for.
- Go to the payments or wallet section and choose to top up with a code.
- Enter the code from the card and confirm — the amount will be added to the account's payment balance.
- Select GrabMart, fill your basket from a partner store, and place the order.
- At the payment step, choose the Grab balance; if it falls short, cover the rest with a card.
FAQ
Is the product range the same in every city?
No. The list of partner stores, the product categories, and the delivery zones differ by city and country, so the selection available to the recipient may not match what is visible in another region.
Can the balance be spent on something other than GrabMart purchases?
Usually yes: the account balance is shared across the app's services, so it can also go toward other Grab services available in that country. Which services those are depends on local regulation.
What happens if some items are out of stock while the order is being picked?
The shopper will suggest a substitute or remove the item, and the final amount is recalculated. On an order paid with the balance, the difference is returned to the account.
