About the Shoemart card
Shoemart is the Landmark group's footwear chain, present across the Middle East and the Gulf. The stores work as a multi-brand showcase: everyday trainers, formal and office footwear, sandals, house shoes, children's and school styles, and footwear for sport and outdoor activity are all gathered under one roof. Bags, backpacks, wallets, belts, socks, and shoe care products round out the range. A Shoemart gift card pays for purchases in the chain's stores in the market it was issued for — in Kuwaiti dinars, Omani rials, or Saudi riyals. The face value is applied to the receipt; on a more expensive purchase the difference is paid in the usual way, and any unused balance is normally kept on the card for a future visit.
How to redeem the card
- Choose footwear or accessories in a chain store in the country the card was bought for.
- At the till, say you are paying with a gift card and give or read out the code.
- Enter the card's PIN on the terminal if required.
- Check the amount deducted and any remaining balance on the receipt.
- Pay the difference by another method if the receipt total exceeds the card's face value.

Does an unused part of the face value stay on the card?
Usually yes: if the receipt total is lower than the face value, the difference is kept as a balance and can be spent next time. The cashier will confirm the exact terms at payment.
Can the card be used in other stores of the same group?
