About the UniPin Voucher card

How to redeem the card

Where do I find the player ID the platform asks for?
The ID is shown in your character profile inside the game, most often next to your nickname or in the account settings. Copy it exactly, along with the server or zone number if the game uses one: credits go to the ID you enter and cannot be moved to another account afterwards.
Can credits be spent in any game?
Only in the titles connected to the platform in your region. The list differs from country to country, so the games in a Brazilian account are not the same as those in an Indonesian one. Check that the game you need is there before buying a voucher.
Do I have to spend the whole amount at once?
No. Credits stay on the account balance and can be spent in parts, across different purchases and different games. If an item bundle costs more than the remaining balance, the platform will offer to top it up.
